Designed by Atlanta architect Philip Shutze as the headquarters for the Medical Association of Atlanta, this Neo-Classical Revival building is listed on the National Register for Historic Places and designated a Landmark by the City of Atlanta. Its restoration in the 1980s received an Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence.

This property is now owned by the Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc. It underwent a significant renovation which was completed in 2011.
