This is the only existing excelsior mill in Atlanta. A portion of the original excelsior manufacturing equipment is still in place in the Manufacturing Building, one of two stone buildings in the complex. These buildings are located adjacent to the Atlanta Belt Line.  The Atlanta Preservation Center lead an effort to bring the building under AUDC protection in 2005 and the building recieved Landmark designation on October 24, 2006.
